Pictures

I know that I haven't posted in a long time...don't know how long it has been...but it has been a few weeks.  We went to the Children's Museum this morning and I decided that since I was on a roll of getting things done I should try and check this one of my list too!

1. Museum Membership

I just renewed our membership and this year added Tanya and the boys to our pass.  They came with us and we also met Jess and the kids.  Yes...Erin and Jess are now in Indy.  Yay.

2. Time with Cameron
Owen is usually the little man who is always at my feet. He wants to cuddle on the couch, read stories, and always helping me around the house.  Lately I have found that Cameron and I have had more bonding time than normal one-on-one and it has been great.  For example, at the beach we were out in the ocean for a good 45 minutes together playing in the waves.    Here is a picture of us yesterday afternoon trying to make silly faces.  My face is getting to a bit creepy and his on the other hand is the "I actually plan on looking good in this picture...she is a schmuck" face.

3. THE NEW CAR
Right before we left on vacation my Jeep started to die.  VERY lucky that it was two days before and not on the actual trip.  I needed a new transmission.  After many tearful trips to the dealership (yes...I have that much anxiety about new cars...it is a bit nuts) I purchased a Pilot.  I love it and me loving a car does not happen much!  The day I found our new ride I could not find a babysitter so the boys hung out with me at the dealership for a few hours.  It was a long day but a great ending.  I want to say a quick shout out to Mat and his patience with me and my car buying abilities.  He has had three different cars this year alone so I called him for a bit of guidance.  So grateful for his research, patience, and ability to let me talk it all out.  Yay!!!

3. The beach
These are pictures from my phone.  When I get more pictures from the camera I will also post more.  This place is my little slice of heaven.

At seaside to get fresh Popsicles and granola. Yum!!  My sister also brought back a grilled cheese for me that same afternoon.

Yes...we are eating waffles, in our pajamas, at the fountain.  Trust me....everyone at the house I am sure loved the moments that we took golf cart rides.

Cameron only wanted to wear his pajamas all week.  I decided to stop fighting with him.

4. Back to school
I must say, I love North East.  It has been a lot of meetings and requirements but I am excited to be a part of the school and involved with the other parents and families.  I bribed the boys with gum in order to get these pictures.

5. Nap time
Yes...it is again on the list.  The boys have been great today but the absolute silence of the 90 minute break is pretty wonderful as well.
