January First

1. Year of the HOME
This year my one and only New Year's Resolution is to plant a garden. I am hoping that I will be able to put more time, effort, and money into our home. With the boys being another year older I think that I will have more time to dedicate to my yard while they play outside. Now I just need to buy a lawn mower!

2. Holiday Pay
This weekend the boys went to Chicago on Thursday. I was able to work that night, New Years eve, and then I will work on Sunday. Because of the extra day AND holiday pay I should have a little extra in my paycheck. I am already looking forward to payday. Is that sad?

3. Backache is gone
This week my back was killing me. I really didn't even know what to do with myself. My mom has chronic back pain and this gave me a 72 hour glimpse into her life and jeeze....it sucked. The boys went to Greg's this weekend so I was able to relax my back and catch up on some sleep. Now my backache is basically gone....thank goodness!

4. Cameron is starting to feel better
Greg has kept me updated and Cameron is starting to turn around and feel a little bit better. He was not feeling well this week and was pretty difficult to handle. To be completely honest, being a mom was hard. He didn't feel well, I didn't feel well, and we were both pretty over it. Being a mom tests you and can push you to a place you didn't know existed. (As you can tell....it was a long week for me.) I am so grateful that he is feeling better and he is almost back to his normal self. AND I am feeling better and back to my normal self.

5. Christmas
It was a wonderful Christmas with the boys. They are so little that they really don't know what is going on....but as adults had a blast! 2010 was a year of changes and ironically most of our Christmas traditions didn't happen. We went to my Aunt Pam's for Christmas eve and Kara's on Christmas day. It was a lot of fun!

**Yes...I wrapped up presents that the boys got for their birthday and they opened them again.

I love this picture of Owen walking. When he walks he wobbles around and it looks like he could fall at any minute.

Erin...my boys love this piano. Watch out!
